We believe that public engagement, community support, and adequate resources are essential to the success of the Holy Terror Days and the association. The mission statement of the association is to not only organize and fund the event, but to take profits from the event and organize and fund community improvement projects and youth activities and projects.

GOALS AND MISSION OF THE HOLY TERROR DAY ASSOCIATION
The Holy Terror Day Association is an organization which provides activities and camaraderie within the community of Keystone. Donations received pay for expenses of Holy Terror Day activities as well as activities within the community such as roller-skating, dances, bingo, movie nites and community projects. Groups within the community area may apply for funds which promote Keystone and its residents and families. It is our intent to promote our town and create a wholesome, educational family atmosphere within our community.
